Shush Raft – Restaurant – London

This London restaurant dining space required an acoustic baffle solution for high reverberation with the high volume of student traffic. There was no area for applying a wall panel system as the wall area was mostly glassed with large windows.

Sound Hush provided an acoustic design solution using Shush Raft suspended acoustic baffle panels to the ceilings. The school bursar required larger circles to cover larger areas rather than lots of smaller acoustic baffles. 3 meter diameter circles were manufactured in smaller panels to make up the 3m diameter. A combination of large and smaller circles created a delightful aesthetic feature to the ceiling. An impressive visual appearance along with excellent sound adsorption within the dining hall was something which we were very proud to have created.
